Wynwood Kitchen and Bar - The True Essence of Miami

Murals at the Wynwood Kitchen and Bar
If you're new to Miami and want to really capture its essence, no bar or restaurant does that better than the Wynwood Kitchen and Bar. Located in the Wynwood art district, it offers the perfect blend of culture, art and food that really defines Miami.

Amigo's Geraldine loves the murals that hang on the walls throughout the place which give the Wynwood Kitchen and Bar a great vibe and she highly recommends the sweet plantain with cheese and nata, saying it is “the summary of Miami in a dish.”

Serving the same menu for lunch and dinner, start off your meal with Miguel's black bean soup and their Wynwood salad, which features red and yellow beefsteak tomatoes, manchego cheese and piquillo peppers with an arugula puree. Then, because entrees are served tapas-style, pick several to share amongst your party.

Wynwood Kitchen and Bar features several signature dishes that are definitely worth trying - their ropa vieja empanadas, sauted clams, vaca frita and scallops top the list. Grilled chicken, steak, pork belly, octopus and mahi mahi skewers are also super popular choices as are the churrasco and fingerling-chorizzo hash.

Dine inside and enjoy the art or out on the patio and soak in the essence of Wynwood as well as the Miami climate. Located at 2550 NW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33127, reservations are highly recommended which you can make by calling them at 305-722-8959.

Oh, and after your meal, you'll definitely want to walk it off by taking a stroll through the streets of Wynwood, checking out the wall graffiti and murals everywhere you go!

Wynwood Kitchen and Bar is open for lunch or dinner during the following hours:
